Platform modernization stories or how to run successful migrations at scale

From monolith to microservices, from self-hosted to managed, and from single-tenant to multi-tenant. Many types of migrations exist, and they are usually easy to sell but hard to execute, especially if you are working in the platform engineering team.

While every migration is different, there are common ways to approach and manage them to achieve successful business outcomes. In this talk, I will share the most common pitfalls in running large-scale migrations, and some do’s and don’ts based on my experience.
