Questions regarding ticket booking
What payment methods are offered?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You can download your invoice from your order overview page. The invoice issuer is Heise Medien GmbH & Co. KG.
Are group discounts offered?
Yes, we offer a group discount for three or more conference tickets. The discount only applies to conference tickets; workshops are excluded. Our discount scale is as follows:
- 3 tickets: 15%
- from 4 tickets: 25%
Do you also offer discounts for students or employees of educational institutions?
Yes, there is a limited number of tickets available for students/staff of educational institutions. Please send us an email to events@dpunkt.de and attach your valid certificate of enrolment or other proof of eligibility. If there are still tickets available, we will send you a discount code for your booking.
What information is required when booking tickets?
- Contact information (e-mail address to which the invoice details will be sent)
- Full billing address (please ensure the company name is correct!)
- For corporate customers: VAT ID number
- Internal order numbers can be included
- Information about the participants (name, email, address, company)
Questions regarding the conference / workshops
When will I receive my ticket?
You will find your ticket on your order overview page, which you will receive with your registration confirmation. In addition, each participant will receive a personal email approximately one week before the conference, which will include their ticket and further organisational information. You do not need to print out your ticket. You are welcome to bring it with you in digital form.
Can I cancel my ticket or transfer it to another person?
You can cancel your ticket free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. Up to 7 days before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fees will be charged. After that, we will unfortunately have to charge the full cost. Of course, you can also name a replacement participant. Simply send us an email to events@dpunkt.de.
Where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place here. This overview page also contains information about our hotel recommendations.
What else will I get out of the conference?
- Catering throughout the day and a relaxed get-together for networking and conversation.
- The presentation slides from the talks are conveniently available in digital format: you will receive the access link by email shortly before and after the conference. You will also find the access details on your name badge, which you will receive on site. Please note that some speakers will only make their slides available after the conference or are still updating them.
- Your personal certificate of attendance will be available for download from your order overview page after the conference. Our event team will be happy to assist you at any time if required.
Questions regarding our online workshops
On which platform will the online workshops take place?
In most cases, the workshops will take place via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You will be informed by email which tool will be used.
When will I receive my access details for the workshop I have booked?
The access link will be sent out approximately one week before the workshop. At that time, you will also receive some last information on the workshop from the trainers.
Will the workshops be recorded?
As all participants can join in with video and audio, the workshops will not be recorded for reasons of data privacy.
